The tool that runsyour renovation.
What you have signed. What you have paid. What is left.
Three questions nobody can answer in the middle of a renovation.
From the first quote to the last transfer: Worklot reads your quotes, compares offers line by line and tracks every euro. Your architect works in the same space, on the same figures as you.

Where these figures come from
Worklot was built while running a real renovation.
Not in an office: on the refurbishment of a health centre in Paris 11e — 200,000 € of works, strip-out started on 17 August 2026. Every screen exists because something was missing that day. We have no ten thousand users to show you: we have one project, and its numbers.

The guided tour
Worklot in 49 seconds.
The whole journey, filmed on the project this page is about: the three quotes side by side, the money tracked to the cent, your architect in the same space as you, and the record that stays once the work is done.
No retouched screenshots: these are the app's own screens, with the figures from the Paris 11e project.
Before you sign
The cheapest quote isn't doing the same job.
They write quotes every week. You read three, once in your life. Upload the PDFs exactly as you received them: the AI lines them up in columns, and the question asks itself.

AI analysis — quote A
The lowest bid prices neither the rubble removal nor the air-conditioning removal, and applies 20 % VAT where the other two apply 10 %. Those two items do not vanish: they come back mid-project, at whatever price you are then given. Get them priced before signing.
The AI extracts and compares; every amount stays checkable against the original PDF, and you are the one who approves.
Twice the price, for the same work package.
16,691 € separate the first quote from the last, on a strip-out and demolition job that is almost identical. Without a comparison you choose on gut feel — or on the lowest price, which means paying for the omissions later.
- Quotes approved, then signed electronically.
- Variations tracked, with their amount and date.
- The questions to ask each company, written down.
During the works
The deposit invoiced wasn't the one in the signed quote.
The signed quote sets a 40 % deposit on order. The invoice arrived at 50 %. The gap: 1,643.62 €. When an invoice does not match the signed quote, Worklot shows you — before you pay, not at final settlement.
- Deposit schedules per work package, to the cent.
- 5 % retention tracked until it is released.
- Printable report with supporting documents to release bank funds.

After the works
The works end. The file stays.
Decisions taken in meetings, insurance certificates, warranties, surveys: what was written during the works still matters ten years later. “The property” keeps them, with renewal dates detected as soon as the document is uploaded.

What's inside Worklot
A renovation fits into nine screens.
The story above follows a single thread, from the first quote to the record that outlives the work. Here is everything you find when you open the app — nothing is an add-on, nothing is held back behind a paid plan on your first project.
Quote comparison
Upload the quotes as PDFs, exactly as you received them. The AI lays them out line by line and flags what differs from one offer to the next — a missing item, a VAT rate that isn't the same.
Approval and signature
You pick an offer, sign it online, and the lot becomes committed budget. Variations follow the same path, with their amount and their date.
Project budget
Committed, paid, left to pay — to the cent, per lot and overall. Every approved quote raises the committed figure, every confirmed payment the paid one.
Payments
Deposit schedules, interim payments, final balance. Every invoice received is matched against the signed quote, and the gap shows before you pay, not at the end.
Retention
The 5 % withheld on each lot is tracked until it is released, a year after handover — the moment almost everyone forgets to claim it.
Documents
Quotes, drawings, photos, invoices, certificates: filed on their own, with their versions. Expiry dates are picked up on upload, then flagged before they pass.
Meetings and decisions
The invitation goes out to the whole project, the minutes are circulated, and every decision stays written, dated, and attributed to whoever made it.
Members and scope
You invite your architect for free — guests on a project never pay. Each person sees what concerns them, and your financing is nobody's business but yours.
Assistant
Ctrl + K, a question in plain language. The answer comes from your project's own data, not from general knowledge — and it cites the documents it relies on.
With or without an architect
Worklot works without an architect: you upload, you compare, you track. And if an architect or project manager is working with you, you invite them for free — that's what comes next.
- The AI reads and compares quotes, with the questions to ask before signing.
- You know at any moment what is committed, what is paid and what is left.
- Every decision made with the companies leaves a written, dated trace.
- Schedules, retention, bank report: the financial framework of a well-run project.
You and your architect
Both looking at the same figures.
You declare the transfer, your architect confirms it: the payment is settled by two people. They file their invoices and drawdown requests where you track the budget, and you both read the same table. Your financing, though, is nobody's business but yours.

Frequently asked questions
I don't have an architect, does it still work?
Yes — that's exactly the point. Worklot gives you what a professional would have set up: quotes read and compared by AI, payment schedules, decisions in writing, retention. You run it yourself, with the same safeguards as a pro.
I already have an architect, what's the point?
To look at the same figures they do. You invite them to your project for free: their invoices, fund calls and confirmed payments feed your space, and every decision stays dated, in black and white.
Can the AI get a quote wrong?
Like any automatic reading, it can misinterpret a line. That's why nothing happens without you: every extracted amount stays checkable against the original PDF, and you always approve before signing or paying — if an architect is helping you, their confirmation is added to yours, it doesn't replace it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each project is only visible to the people you invite, each with their own role. Your quotes are never sent to the companies. And inside the project itself, your financing (loan, contribution, drawdowns) stays visible to you alone: your architect never sees it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial opens the whole product without a card, and we warn you a week before it ends. There is no permanent free tier: we would rather let you judge the entire product for a month than show you a cut-down version indefinitely. People you invite to a project — your architect first of all — never pay anything.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The Pro subscription is monthly and commitment-free. If you stop it, you keep access to all your existing data: nothing is ever locked away.
You only have one project to show?
Yes, and we'd rather say so. Worklot was built while running the refurbishment of a health centre in Paris 11e: 200,000 € of works, strip-out started on 17 August 2026. Every figure on this page comes from it — the three compared quotes, the twofold gap, the 1,643.62 € of deposit invoiced in excess. One verifiable project beats invented testimonials.
